Areas of Practice:
Family Law: including divorce, child custody, paternity, child support, post-decree modifications and juvenile matters.
Criminal Defense: including traffic, DUI, misdemeanor and felony charges. Ms. Recker has served as both a prosecutor and is currently the public defender for the City of Parkville.
Probate: including powers of attorney, medical directives and assistance in guardianships of both minors and adults
Felicity Clayton
Felicity Clayton is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri where she studied Interpersonal Communication and Political Science. Felicity is the legal assistant, office manager and Notary Public for Sarah Recker. She takes interest in nonprofit work, mental health awareness and environmentalism movements. In her spare time, Felicity enjoys being out in nature with her pets, volunteering and expanding her knowledge of the culinary arts.
