Family Law: including divorce, child custody, paternity, child support, post-decree modifications and juvenile matters.
Criminal Defense: including traffic, DUI, misdemeanor and felony charges. Ms. Recker has served as both a prosecutor and is currently the public defender for the City of Parkville.
Probate: including powers of attorney, medical directives and assistance in guardianship's of both minors and adults.
